Stolen Cats Reunited After Vietnamese Police Dismantle Theft Ring
Vietnamese police have arrested nine suspects and rescued more than 400 cats from a theft ring that targeted pets across southern Vietnam for meat sales. Over 40 animals have been returned to their owners.
