Thailand Accepts Cambodia's Maritime Dispute Conciliation but Rejects Binding Outcome
Thailand has formally accepted Cambodia's request for UNCLOS conciliation over their Gulf of Thailand maritime boundary dispute, but stressed the process will produce only non-binding recommendations and that bilateral negotiations must ultimately resolve the issue.
