Zhejiang Escalates Typhoon Dolphin Response as System Approaches Eastern China
Zhejiang Province in eastern China has upgraded its typhoon alert to Level III as Typhoon Dolphin, the 13th storm of 2026, approaches the coast. The system is forecast to make landfall between Shanghai and Fuqing by Sunday or Monday.
