Typhoon Bavi Bears Down on Taiwan with Strengthening Winds
Taiwan's meteorological agency has issued a sea warning as Typhoon Bavi, the ninth storm of the season, intensifies and moves toward the island. A land warning is expected imminently as the system threatens to impact Taiwan as a strong to moderate typhoon.
