Russian national arrested at Phuket Airport with 17.6kg cannabis haul
Russian national Sergei Chalabari, 30, was apprehended at Phuket International Airport on Wednesday after customs officers discovered 17.6kg of cannabis concealed in two suitcases he was attempting to take out of Thailand.
