Bou Meng, Last Witness to Tuol Sleng Horrors, Dies at 85
Bou Meng, one of only seven known survivors of the Khmer Rouge's notorious Tuol Sleng prison, has died at 85. His death marks the loss of a critical historical witness who survived torture and testified at the Khmer Rouge tribunal.
