Judge Steps Aside in Zaid Ibrahim Defamation Appeal
Justice Latifah Tahar has recused herself from hearing a defamation appeal involving former law minister Zaid Ibrahim and Malaysian Bar lawyers. The Court of Appeal will hold case management on July 13 to assign a new judicial panel.
