Thailand and Cambodia clash over scope of maritime dispute resolution
Thailand and Cambodia are establishing a UN-backed conciliation commission to resolve their Gulf of Thailand maritime dispute, but disagree on whether the process should also address joint energy development in waters containing an estimated US$300 billion in natural gas and oil.
