Japan Investigates LPG Leak as Probable Cause of Kumamoto Mall Blast
Japan's Economy, Trade and Industry Ministry has identified a liquefied petroleum gas leak as the probable cause of a blast at Aeon Mall Kumamoto that killed three people in late July.
