Japanese man arrested for confining five-year-old to garbage bin
Japanese authorities arrested a 35-year-old man in Mie Prefecture after he allegedly confined his partner's five-year-old daughter inside a garbage can for about five minutes on May 12, claiming he was disciplining the child.
