Artificial Reefs in Kelantan Waters Protect Small-Scale Fisheries from Industrial Encroachment
Kelantan has deployed 30 artificial reefs donated by Sultan Muhammad V off Tok Bali to create fish breeding grounds and prevent large fishing boats from encroaching into small-scale fishing areas, with plans to expand the programme significantly.
