Singapore to charge company and director for providing services to UN-blacklisted North Korean vessel
Singapore authorities are prosecuting a company and its director for offering flag registration services to PETREL 8, a bulk carrier blacklisted by the UN Security Council for transporting prohibited North Korean goods including coal and iron ore.
