Najib's Tax Case Hinges on 'Pay First' Policy, Says Senior Counsel

Senior counsel Tan Sri Shafee Abdullah has argued that former Prime Minister Najib Razak's tax appeal would become meaningless if the Inland Revenue Board continues enforcing its 'pay first, talk later' policy, according to submissions made to the Court of Appeal.
