Speed Testing on Public Roads Now Illegal, Says Deputy Transport Minister
Malaysia has passed legislation making speed testing on public roads illegal. Drivers caught testing vehicle speed capabilities face fines up to RM10,000 or up to two years in jail, regardless of whether they are racing other vehicles.
