Islamic NGO escalates legal fight to overturn restrictions on societies' defamation rights
Pertubuhan Ikram Malaysia is taking its defamation case to Malaysia's apex court, challenging a ruling that registered societies cannot sue for libel. The organisation has submitted 10 legal questions to overturn the Court of Appeal decision.
