Taylor Swift Wins Dismissal of Florida Poet's Plagiarism Case
A US federal court has dismissed a plagiarism lawsuit filed against Taylor Swift by a Florida woman who claimed the pop star copied phrases from her poetry collections for more than a dozen songs.
