Penang Tunnel Land Transfer Caused State Loss, Says MACC Investigator
The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission's investigating officer has disputed assertions by the defence that Penang state incurred no losses when transferring land to finance the troubled undersea tunnel project's feasibility study.
