MNRB to sell Takaful IKHLAS units to Bank Rakyat in RM1.64 billion deal
MNRB has agreed to divest its entire stake in Takaful Ikhlas Family and Takaful Ikhlas General to Bank Rakyat for RM1.64 billion, pending regulatory approvals and shareholder consent.
