NPE2 Highway Project Launches World's First Sustainability-Linked Sukuk for Road Infrastructure
National Petroleum Enterprise has issued RM54 million in sustainability-linked sukuk for the NPE2 elevated highway project in Kuala Lumpur, marking the first such financing instrument for a highway globally.
