Milux to Acquire Movon for RM150 Million in Share Swap Deal
Milux Corporation plans to acquire full ownership of Movon Sdn Bhd for RM150 million through issuing 220.59 million new shares, aiming to expand its home appliances distribution network and tap into established rent-to-own schemes.
