Guan Eng Sought Legal Counsel on Tunnel Project, Court Hears
A Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission investigating officer told a Kuala Lumpur sessions court that Penang's then-chief minister Guan Eng consulted state government officers regarding the legality of a controversial infrastructure project.
