Grenade Safety Lever Released Early in Kem Hobart Tragedy, Defence Ministry Reveals
A Board of Inquiry into a fatal grenade explosion at Kem Hobart in Gurun, Kedah, last month has determined the device's safety lever released before it could be thrown, according to Defence Minister Mohamed Khaled Nordin.
