Over 93,000 First-time Homebuyers Gain Access to Housing Through SJKP
The Housing Credit Guarantee Scheme has helped 93,555 first-time homebuyers access financing for properties valued up to RM500,000. The government aims to reach 100,000 beneficiaries by year-end with RM18 billion remaining available.
