Cambodian Police Dismantle Telegram Extortion Ring Targeting Facebook Shoppers
Cambodian police have arrested a suspect accused of running an elaborate Telegram scam targeting Facebook Live shoppers, extracting more than US$110,000 through impersonation of government officials and business owners.
