Five arrested in RM77,000 scratch-and-win scheme targeting senior citizens
Perak police have arrested five individuals suspected of orchestrating a scratch-and-win lottery fraud that defrauded two senior citizens of over RM77,000 in jewellery and cash across Ipoh and Taiping.
