Nearly 70% of Malaysia's road accidents last year involved people aged 16 to 40, with the youngest drivers aged 16-20 accounting for the most cases. Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Hasbi Habibollah cited heavy vehicles, drunk driving and recklessness as key factors.
